What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We use express shipping. Your order will be shipped within 5-7 business days after order.
Shipping takes about 2-5 business days to be delivered to most European countries; and approximately 3-9 business days (depending on its actual location), to be delivered to US; Canada, Australia and other countries. Please note we’re not responsible for some delays in shipping that might occur during Holiday season or some other force major situation.

Yes we ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at the checkout, please email us.
What does shipping cost?
You can calculate shipping fees in the shopping cart or during the checkout.
What payment are accepted?
We use secure third party payment system – STRIPE where you can pay with a credit card.
For credit cards, you can make the payment on our site securely. We do not hold any card information.
Can I return an Item/Items?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within: 7 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.
You can return faulty or incorrect items within 14 days of receipt. Please e-mail us with your order number and description of the problem and we will guide you through our simple return process. We’ll exchange them at no further cost to you or refund in full including your original shipping cost.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
